Wisecube uses web analytics services (including Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insight) to help us understand and monitor our website traffic. These services may place additional, third party cookies in your browser.
We use cookies to store user-session information only, allowing us to store and retain user permissions as you navigate around. We do not use cookies for behavioural targeting for any advertisements that may be presented on the website.

Your name and email address is captured during the registration process and stored along with your chosen password in our database. All passwords are encrypted for storage, using a process known as one-way hashing which means they are not be discovered even by somebody with full access to the database (including Wisecube).
We may provide functions on the website to allow you to add additional information such as a photo, or information about your employer and job function although these are optional in nature.

In the normal operation of this website, Wisecube does not sell or pass any data relating to users to any third party.
The sole exception to this is where the users is requesting access to a restricted document on our website. In order to facilitate this request, Wisecube will pass minimal personal data to the document author, such as name and email, in order to inform their decision as to whether to grant access. The author may then accept or decline this request back to Wisecube who carry out the instruction.
Where access has been granted in this way, documentation authors may – on an on-going basis – view summary information relating to users accessing their documentation via the website, including when a user last accessed documentation, and which document was viewed.
As part of our service of keeping users informed of updates documentation they have expressed an interest in, users may subscribe to automated email notifcations when a document is updated.
Such email notifications can be enabled and disabled by users using the toggles provided in their dashboard and in their user settings.
Wisecube may also contact users via email to notify them of change to the website or new products. Such emails will be infrequent and limited in nature. Receipt of such notifications can be controlled via your user settings.
Wisecube does not currently operate a regular newsletter or other such communication. Should we start such a newsletter in the future, then users will be asked to explicitly subscribe to receive updates.
Wisecube will act upon requests to remove personal data where we have determined that the request is genuine and from the person to which that data relates. Note that removal of data will prevent further access to the password-protected areas of the website.
